At OXSAGE, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital content and experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Books, Audio Books, Documentaries, Travel Guides, Courses) All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content — which is accessible immediately upon purchase — we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered or downloaded.

Memberships Annual membership fees are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing your membership benefits, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a credit toward future content.

Event Tickets Event tickets are non-refundable. In the event that OXSAGE cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit.

Exceptions If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented access to your purchase, please contact us at hello@oxsage.com within 7 days of your purchase date. We review all cases individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
